Dear Sir
I am writing to complain about the faulty DG iron, CA 666 that I bought at your store on 1 November, 2009.
I used the steam iron yesterday and found that it did not generate water vapor evenly. Most of the heat was accumulated at the base, so it did not help to straighten the wrinkled collar of my shirt. Also I found that there was water dripping from the water container of the iron when it was in use. It was a potential risk to my life as the dripped water could cause an electric shock.
I reckon that it is necessary to address the problem instantly before anyone will suffer from the related electric shocks. In addition, I wonder if you can replace my faulty iron with a new one. I would also like to suggest adding the safety precautions for using the iron into the user manual.
Your immediate attention to this matter is required and will be appreciated.
Yours Faithfully
Annie
