- Hong Kong factories are moving to inland provinces, such as Hunan to avoid pollution checks. Some people think it can help to avoid air and water pollution in coastal regions, including Hong Kong. However, some believe that the China government should more to make the factory owners to comply with environment protection policies. Discuss the arguments for and against this, and then give your own view.
